Stroke Support Station Charity Gala Dinner 2023

Stroke Support Station (S3) chose TRS to support its Charity Gala Dinner 2023, a fundraising event that returned after a five-year hiatus. Graced by Minister for Health Ong Ye Kung as the Guest-of-Honor, the event aimed to raise funds to subsidise rehabilitation and wellness programs for stroke survivors and caregivers.

Putting the Right Spin
TRS crafted thoughtful PR plans and PR materials to effectively communicate S3’s mission. In addition, we provided targeted media engagement and on-ground support to ensure key messages about the importance of stroke rehabilitation reached the public and stakeholders effectively.

Outcome
Apart from garnering numerous articles on the event, we also secured interviews on radio and print media discussing ways to prevent and manage stroke. In all, our work successfully reinforced S3’s position as a leading advocate for stroke recovery and prevention in Singapore and drew attention to the pressing need for greater community support and funding.
