The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), a retainer client of TRS for many years, entrusted us to raise awareness of the IES Green Plan 2030, a pivotal plan to advance the Singapore Green Plan 2030 through engineering.

Putting the Right Spin
TRS championed the publicity of the plan through an integrated strategy of media briefing, press releases, and pitching for interviews and features. We placed emphasis on the important role of engineers to advance Singapore’s sustainable development agenda.

Outcome
Through our concerted efforts, we achieved extensive coverage across mainstream outlets, broadcast channels, and trade publications focusing on engineering and sustainability. Apart from bringing this engineering-centric initiative to the attention of the engineering community, the public, and youths, we also positioned IES as a thought leader in sustainability and built a foundation for IES to advance its efforts.
