Topping out of IOI Central Boulevard Towers

TRS was engaged to drive the PR component of the Topping Out Ceremony of IOI Central Boulevard Towers, an event graced by Minister for National Development, Mr. Desmond Lee. This landmark development features the largest urban skypark, Grade A office space, 30,000 sq ft of F&B and retail amenities over two majestic towers combined with a seven-story podium.

Putting the Right Spin
TRS developed and devised strategic messaging and PR materials to spotlight the project’s significance, focusing on its contribution to Singapore’s evolving skyline, the future of work, and enhanced connectivity. We also prepared the spokespersons to take on media interviews and provided on-site support to handle all media queries on the event day.
